Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical wiring, schematics, and the ability to work with various tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical components according to schematics and technical drawings.
- Fabricate and install wiring harnesses, ensuring compliance with IPC 610 standards.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment such as ohmmeters for testing and troubleshooting assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve assembly processes and product designs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure functionality and adherence to specifications.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in electrical assembly or related field is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and technical documents.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in assembly processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and testing equipment such as ohmmeters.
- Understanding of surface mount technology (SMT) is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
